Inspired by Principal George and their teachers, students from Symmes/D'Arcy McGee are also taking on the Physical Activity Challenge! They too are challenging school communities, administrators, teachers and students to take on this 8-week Physical Activity Challenge toward a healthy and active lifestyle! Fortunately, students participating in Expreso de los Andes have their own private strength and conditioning specialist: John Zahab. Dr. Greg Wells will also be collecting Exercise Physiology data from Ray as he makes his way across South America, giving us insight into the effects of endurance on long multi-day runs and, in turn, giving relevance for everyday activity.
